This establishes a solid foundation for students steering towards global opportunities, seamlessly integrating the Arabic language to respect local culture. The learners benefit from modern facilities that include health and wellbeing spaces, sports centers, STEM labs, and a production studio, aimed at helping them maximize their educational journey.
Learning Stages and Ages
Citizens School accommodates various age groups across the Early Years Foundation Stage, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2, aligning with the British National Curriculum. The age of entry ranges from 3 to 13 years and includes distinct Year Groups as follows:
- The Foundation stage begins at age 3, with children entering Foundation Stage 1 (Nursery).
- At age 4, they progress to Foundation Stage 2 (Reception).
- Key Stage 1 starts when children are 5 years old, placing them in Year 1, and at age 6, they move on to Year 2.
- Key Stage 2 encompasses ages 7 to 10, with students in Year 3 at age 7, Year 4 at age 8, Year 5 at age 9, and Year 6 at age 10.
- Following this, Key Stage 3 begins at age 11, where students enter Year 7. Finally, during the ages of 12 to 13, they advance to Year 8.
