Citizens School boasts a detailed sports program designed for all ages, offering expert coaching in key sports activities. Certified trainers from Stryx Academies lead dynamic sessions that focus on skill enhancement while blending enjoyment with passion. In partnership with Stryx Sports for the 2023/24 academic year, the PE department identifies and nurtures athletes with potential. Learners experience a unique athletic development journey, fostering a lasting love for sports.

 

Musical Exploration

 

The music program at Citizens School exposes learners to a variety of musical experiences. Here, learners can engage in learning instruments, singing in the choir, and understanding music theory. Dedicated mentors inspire creative self-expression and help learners enjoy the joys of music. Supported by the Citizens Future Framework, regular showcases celebrate learners’ musical talents, affirming their growth in a vibrant community.

 

Vibrant Arts and Culture

 

Citizens School encourages self-expression through its arts and culture program. Students explore various art forms like art, design, dance, and drama, while experiencing numerous cultural opportunities. This immersive journey helps learners discover their passions while enhancing their self-confidence. Weekly Activity Breakdown

 

Extracurricular activities at Citizens School are organized into a comprehensive weekly schedule. For example, in the EYFS (FS1-FS2) age group, learners can engage in karate, swimming, ballet, woodworking, gymnastics, multisports, and more, with activities scheduled from Monday to Thursday. Each session typically accommodates a maximum of 12 to 15 students. 

 

In Year 1 to Year 4, options expand to include tennis and football, with similar daily scheduling to support various interests. Year 5 to Year 7 students enjoy choices like boxing and basketball, ensuring a diverse range of activities across all year groups, with maximum participation caps to maintain quality engagement.
