Preparation System

At Kensington Park School, university preparation begins well before students reach their final year. From the moment they enter senior school, young people receive guidance in choosing their GCSE and A-level subjects—decisions that will form the foundation for their future specialization. Throughout this journey, they work with a dedicated team of career consultants, while tutors assigned according to their academic interests meet with them fortnightly during Sixth Form, continuing to support them through offer selections and exam preparation in their final year.

University Application Support

The school takes a deeply personalized approach to UCAS applications, where tutors guide students through program and university selection, personal statement writing, and interview preparation. During the penultimate year’s summer term, workshops run alongside a UCAS Discovery Day that brings representatives from British universities directly to campus. For those targeting Oxbridge, medical schools, or American universities, Kensington Park School provides specialized sessions covering interview techniques and preparation for tests such as BMAT, UKCAT, TSA, and SAT.
