Students who prefer not to commute daily can stay at The Kings Apartments, the college’s own residence just fifteen minutes from campus. Located in Penge, this premium building hosts exclusively Kings London students and blends contemporary comfort with thoughtful design. Accommodation ranges from single and twin rooms—both en-suite and shared bathroom—to self-contained studio apartments, with many featuring bright living areas and private balconies.

Residence Facilities

The residence operates on a self-catering basis, with each apartment featuring a fully equipped kitchen including refrigerator, freezer, and all necessary appliances. Students enjoy free Wi-Fi, laundry facilities, heating, and weekly cleaning of communal areas. Common spaces include student lounges with televisions where residents can relax between classes. Individual rooms come furnished with a desk and lamp, wardrobe, bedding, and pillows, while security features include controlled access with personal keys and CCTV throughout shared zones.

Situated in Penge, the residence offers easy access to campus—either a fifteen-minute walk or eight-minute bus ride. Residence Terms

Check-in occurs exclusively on Sundays between 3:00 and 6:00 PM, with checkout also on Sundays before 10:00 AM. Since there’s no permanent reception staff, late arrivals after six require advance notice so someone can meet you.
