They mentor younger peers, sharing experiences and helping newcomers settle in. Beyond this, seniors lead educational projects throughout the school—running sessions, driving initiatives, and inspiring others through example rather than instruction alone.

Debates and Model United Nations

The Model United Nations program gives students a taste of diplomacy as they simulate UN proceedings, mastering public speaking while tackling global issues. Meanwhile, the debate society opens pathways to national and international competitions. At Laude San Pedro International College Marbella, seniors sharpen their argumentation and critical thinking, learning to defend positions persuasively before audiences. Membership in International Schools Partnership unlocks ILOS—international educational projects for students aged 5 to 18 that unfold both online and in person across different countries. These include academic exchanges and competitions involving peers from over 110 schools in 25 nations. By 2027, every ISP school will offer a complete portfolio of such opportunities, which students describe as “inspiring” and “life-changing” for their personal development.
