Additional Classes

Students at MPW Cambridge can attend additional classes, both in person and online. Sessions run Monday through Friday from 9am to 6pm, plus Saturday mornings. Classes continue during holidays too, except over Easter.

Experienced teachers lead these lessons—people who know their subjects inside out and understand what exam preparation actually requires. They’ll create a personalized study plan that complements your main coursework and helps solidify what you’re learning.

The college covers nearly every subject and field. Each session lasts an hour, though you can combine two if needed. The cost is £90 per hour, or £81 with a 10% discount when you purchase a 10-hour package or five double sessions (£162 for two hours).

Medical School Preparation at MPW Cambridge

Since 1973, the college group has been helping students get into medical schools. Decades of experience mean they know how to prepare applicants for competitive programs. Right now, hundreds of students aged 14 to 20 study here to successfully pass GCSE and A-level exams across various subjects.

Medical school admission requires excellent results—typically AAA to A*AA—but grades alone won’t get you there. MPW Cambridge’s preparation program provides everything you’ll need to become a successful medical student down the line.

Since everyone’s path differs, the college ensures personalized attention, guidance, and support at every stage. Program participants automatically join the Medical Society, where they attend small-group sessions focused on developing and strengthening application skills, plus seminars, expert meetings, and special events.

MPW Cambridge and Oxbridge

The Oxford and Cambridge preparation program at MPW Cambridge adapts to individual needs and chosen fields. Participants receive additional classes designed to develop and strengthen their applications.

Small groups of motivated students attend regular seminars, lectures, and special Oxbridge-focused events. Beyond that, everyone receives individual consultation and support with admissions, assessments, and interviews. Subject-specific preparation for entrance exams is also provided—engineering applicants, for instance, get extra physics sessions. Afterward, preparation can continue on an individual basis.
