Business Psychology

Why Business Psychology at SRH Haarlem?

The university holds NVAO accreditation from an independent body established by the Dutch and Flemish governments, which guarantees international diploma recognition across borders. Beyond credentials, the interactive teaching model lets you apply theory through team projects right away, while prospective applicants can attend actual classes before submitting documents to experience the format firsthand. Once enrolled, each newcomer gets paired with a student mentor who handles introductions, answers campus questions, and smooths out those first stressful weeks.

Bachelor’s in Business Psychology

SRH Haarlem University of Applied Sciences emphasizes bridging technology with personalized human approaches, producing graduates skilled in HR management, marketing, and change leadership—capabilities that address the gap between digital systems and people in contemporary business environments.

Modules at Haarlem campus

Entrepreneurship threads through all four years, progressing from fundamentals to complex strategies. Year one establishes the foundation with project management, statistics, applied research methods, and cognitive learning psychology, while year two introduces personality frameworks, integrated management, consumer behavior, and emotional leadership. The third year shifts toward practical competencies—organizational change psychology, workplace emotions, recruitment, development, change management, and anthropology-based marketing—before year four combines international study or electives with an internship and applied research project that consolidates skills in real settings.
