English proficiency requires IELTS 6.0, TOEFL iBT 80, PTE Academic 61, or TOEIC 605–780, though native speakers, German Abitur holders, Dutch HAVO graduates, SRH Haarlem students, IB-school alumni, and those with B2-certified diplomas or full English-medium education receive exemptions based on national standards and internal performance research.
