Costs and Discounts

International Student Fees

As of 2025, international students pay €14,000 annually for bachelor’s programs at Haarlem Campus, which typically span eight semesters. Master’s degrees cost more at €16,600 per year. EU citizens and residents of select countries benefit from reduced rates—€9,250 for undergraduate studies and €11,190 at the graduate level.

Payment at Haarlem campus

Beyond tuition, international applicants must cover a €450 visa fee at enrollment. SRH Haarlem’s non-negotiable requirement, however, is full first-year payment before visa applications can proceed. Students can settle this amount in full or across four installments at a 5% interest rate. For international transactions, the university uses Flywire, which accepts various currencies through online banking, cards, e-wallets, and wire transfers while providing real-time tracking.

Financial Support and Benefits

Dutch and European students can access state funding through DUO, while Swedish students have CSN support. Though SRH Haarlem University of Applied Sciences doesn’t provide its own scholarships, staff help navigate external grant opportunities that vary by country. Housing and health insurance subsidies exist for low-income students, but visa requirements usually exclude international applicants. International students at Haarlem campus can, however, arrange specialized AON Student Insurance covering health, travel, and accommodation.
