Athletic Development
Students enthusiastically participate in the school’s broad sports program, which champions not only physical fitness but also essential life skills such as teamwork, leadership, and fair play. The program is accessible across various times of the day, accommodating early risers, lunchtime enthusiasts, and after-school participants. In the foundational years of 7-9, students engage in traditional sports like hockey, netball, and rounders, complemented by physical education in swimming, gymnastics, athletics, and tennis. The roster of co-curricular sports activities broadens to include disciplines like fencing, judo, cross fit, basketball, football, and badminton. The recent addition of a state-of-the-art Sports Centre provides a dedicated space for these activities, featuring a fitness suite, indoor climbing wall, and sports therapy room among other facilities.
Artistic Expression
The Creative Arts Centre stands as a beacon of artistic exploration where students can delve into the realms of Animation, Photography, and Fashion Clubs, among others. This vibrant environment encourages the exploration of diverse artistic techniques and encounters with various artists, sparking creativity and innovation. As students progress to GCSE and A Level, they benefit from collaborations with visiting artists, educational excursions to galleries and museums, and the opportunity to refine skills in an array of disciplines including fine art, graphic design, and photography.
