Educational Partnerships

ACS Hillingdon International School actively collaborates with institutions both locally and globally, creating unique educational opportunities for students and supporting teacher development. These partnerships not only facilitate educator advancement but also provide a platform for experience sharing. Through these collaborations, the school has recorded 1.6 million student interactions and over 100,000 hours of training activities for teachers, offering extensive resources for all involved parties.

Resource Sharing

The school shares its resources and infrastructure with partner schools for hosting various events, such as sports days and educational activities. This enhances the educational experience for all participants and promotes the mutual exchange of knowledge and skills. Such initiatives provide students with additional motivation and foster self-realization in various fields, including sports and academic disciplines.

Stimulating Activities and Events

ACS Hillingdon organizes significant events like STEAM 2022, where 10,000 students gather alongside participants such as the Royal Air Force and the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra. Besides, the school hosts care days for children, elite football camps featuring London Premier League clubs, and collaborates with theaters and other cultural organizations for performances and workshops.

Development of Teaching Excellence

Partner schools receive support from ACS in improving teaching standards, including the provision of VR technologies and the creation of online learning materials such as “Hacking Neurodiversity” and “The Future of Technology for Teachers.” These efforts aim to employ cutting-edge teaching methods and organize networking and educational activities, fostering the exchange of innovative practices and ideas in the educational environment.

Community Engagement

Elementary school students participate in visits to the White Plains nursing home, organizing activities like singing Christmas carols and gardening. Additionally, students in the Global Citizen Diploma program assist at the Bell Farm Community Centre, supporting refugees by organizing cafes and providing food and clothing aid. Furthermore, the Irish dance club performs in local libraries, promoting culture and enhancing community interaction.
