Why Economics at Aston
The faculty includes six holders of national teaching awards who co-authored a popular economics textbook, while several members served as hiring experts for the UK government’s economic service—the country’s largest employer of economists. This means students learn from those who shape professional requirements in the field. As an Adobe Creative Campus partner, the university provides access to professional software like Adobe and Solidworks, while all programs blend economic theory with hands-on data analysis in Excel and R through games and business simulations.
