At Bath Academy, the Core GCSE Program spans two years, commencing each September, tailored for students aged 14 and above who are beginning their GCSE journey. This comprehensive program covers a variety of subjects, laying a solid academic groundwork while preparing students for advanced studies.

In addition to academic rigor, students receive personalized guidance on future educational pathways and career choices. For those requiring a faster-paced option, the Intensive GCSE Program offers a condensed one-year course. This option is particularly beneficial for students aged 15 and older aiming to retake GCSEs or who have encountered interruptions in their education.

A-Level Courses: Customized Learning Paths

Our A-Level courses at Bath Academy are designed to foster individual potential through flexible and inclusive teaching methods. The standard two-year A-Level curriculum allows students to focus on three or four subjects, supported by tailored advice on university applications and career planning.

Understanding the diverse needs of our students, Bath Academy also offers an 18-month A-Level course starting in January, as well as a dynamic one-year intensive program for rapid preparation. Additionally, we provide specialized A-Level retake courses, including a one-year option for significant grade improvement and a six-month intensive course for minor enhancements.

The University Foundation Programme (UFP) at Bath Academy is a prestigious one-year intensive course designed as an alternative to traditional A-Levels or the International Baccalaureate. It equips students with the skills and qualifications necessary for entry into leading UK universities. Renowned for successfully placing international students in top institutions, the UFP is particularly suitable for students from the EU and other countries who have completed their secondary education abroad.

For aspiring medical professionals, Bath Academy offers the International Medical Foundation Programme. This comprehensive one-year course includes essential subjects such as Biology and Chemistry, complemented by comprehensive support for medical school applications. It ensures students are well-prepared for the rigorous admissions process of medical schools.
