Outdoor Learning Adventures  

At Brambletye School, outdoor learning plays a central role in enriching a child’s experience. The unique “School in the Woods” approach allows students to immerse themselves in adventures that connect them with nature. They explore their surroundings in various weather, fostering independence and a sense of adventure. This program enhances qualities such as self-awareness, empathy, and vocabulary. Each session culminates in a delightful hot chocolate, making the experience both educational and enjoyable.

After-School Engagement  

Brambletye School features engaging after-school programs like “Stay & Play” for children aged Nursery 2 and older. Available daily from 3:15 pm to 5:45 pm, children can enjoy organized activities along with relaxing downtime. A scrumptious sandwich is served at 4:30 pm to refuel their energy. Flexible attendance options are available, including free attendance for siblings. For younger children during sporting events, free participation until 4:30 pm ensures no one misses out on fun.

Enhanced Academic Support  

For younger pupils, Brambletye School offers Booster Groups focusing on Numeracy, Literacy, and Handwriting. These specialized groups consist of a maximum of three students, allowing for personalized attention. Sessions aim to build essential skills while nurturing confidence and pride in achievements. This tailored approach helps children in Years 1 and 2 enhance their academic journey and overcome challenges together.

Personalized Learning Development  

Individualized support at Brambletye School emphasizes the unique strengths and needs of each child. Additionally, touch-typing lessons are introduced in Year 2, laying the groundwork for essential skills that students will carry with them throughout their education.
