Boarding Philosophy

For students at H-FARM International School, boarding becomes a genuine second home built on three pillars: Growth, both academic and emotional; Wellbeing within a comfortable environment; and Safety through clear guidelines. These principles underpin the program’s five development areas—social impact, knowledge and connections, health and wellbeing, culture, and leisure. Beyond classroom walls, the experience follows the “6 Aspects of Success” concept, an educational charter that shapes both curricular and extracurricular life, guiding young people through personal development with practical skills for what lies ahead.

Care Team and Living Conditions

Twelve boarding parents live on campus, supporting adolescents through this complex period of growing up, while a school psychologist-consultant helps them navigate emotional challenges. This pastoral care system creates an atmosphere where everyone feels heard and protected. Throughout the year, 60 middle school students attend themed workshops on managing study time, healthy sleep, relaxation techniques, and topics like relationship consent. A meditation room offers space for students to recharge and refocus, and those interested can train regularly with professional instructors in judo, pilates, or yoga.

Academic Support

Campus life grants full access to all resources, with evening sessions led by boarding parents and teachers helping students organize their studies and develop the independent work skills essential for IB. Mathematics teachers living on campus provide additional help with one of the most challenging subjects. The library regularly hosts lectures on topics ranging from gender equality and water resources to AI in art and meetings with HR professionals from major companies. Startups located within the campus offer labs that become sources of inspiration and real-world connections, while H-ackathons develop creative thinking and entrepreneurial abilities.

Extracurricular Life at H-FARM International School

After classes, students join sports sections, cultural clubs, H-FARM corporate events, volunteer programs supporting local communities, and creative workshops. Boarding staff consider personal interests so that young people genuinely engage with their activities and feel part of campus life. Students themselves create interest clubs, organize sports tournaments, charity campaigns, and community projects. This freedom of initiative helps them develop leadership qualities and learn teamwork, transforming boarding into a living community where everyone discovers their place.
