Programmes at Heathfield School

Students in Forms IV and V work toward GCSE qualifications, studying English, maths, and sciences while choosing from electives like art, design, programming, and music. The curriculum weaves in citizenship, economics, personal development, and career guidance. Moving into Sixth Form, pupils dive deeper through A Level courses, selecting up to four subjects—biology, chemistry, psychology among them. Sport at Heathfield School

Physical activity shapes daily life at Heathfield School. Forms I – III pupils spend 210 minutes weekly on sports—lacrosse, netball, swimming—developing teamwork and leadership through group play. Sixth Formers train twice weekly in 70-minute sessions, with activities that include lacrosse, netball, tennis, aerobics, and fitness. This emphasis on movement balances academic demands while establishing habits that support wellbeing beyond the classroom walls.
