The programme combines classical and contemporary theories with global discussions, exploring ideas from traditional science to philosophy, fiction, and postmodernism. Regent’s creates a creative and contemporary learning environment where diversity and inclusivity shape the experience, preparing graduates to make a positive impact when working with people.
Marketing Psychology
Marketing Psychology MSc was developed by a team of chartered marketers and psychologists, combining theory with contemporary marketing practices in digital anthropology, behavioral economics, and neuromarketing. The programme explores how external and internal psychological factors influence consumer emotions, experiences, and actions.
Students examine cases from around the world, discovering how culture and upbringing shape behavior and decision-making. Guest speakers join the teaching, including Jessica Coleman (Sweaty Betty), Simon Norris (brand AI expert), and David Green (creator of the Knowledge Cafe concept), enriching hands-on experience with real industry insights.
Psychology Conversion
Psychology (Conversion) MSc serves both psychology graduates and those from other fields, offering deep immersion in classical and contemporary theories and research methods. Students explore core areas—cognitive, biological, and developmental psychology—while specializing in areas of interest from motivational psychology to psychopathology.
Working in the campus laboratory, students design research, conduct experiments, and analyze data, significantly strengthening their knowledge of statistical, empirical, and qualitative methods. The final research project deepens exploration of a chosen topic with support from experts, including Dr. Nayeli Gonzalez-Gomez from Oxford Brookes University and Dr. Nico Kargas from the University of Lincoln.
