Families begin with a personalized campus tour where they meet the headmaster and explore the institution’s educational philosophy. Prospective students then spend a trial day with a buddy who helps them settle in and connect with peers. Following a £100 registration fee, applicants complete entrance assessments and interviews with leadership—though these serve to understand each child’s needs rather than filter by academic performance, ensuring everyone receives a tailored program.

International families find support in fully renovated boarding residences that blend modern comfort with historic English architecture, fostering a home-away-from-home atmosphere. The institution partners with an immigration services company with over 30 years of experience to simplify visa procedures, while those needing language support receive additional English lessons adapted to their proficiency level.

Saint Felix School Study Options

Families choose between day attendance and several boarding arrangements: weekly, full, or flexi-boarding. The latter proves particularly convenient, allowing students to stay on campus 2-3 nights weekly from Sunday through Thursday. This flexible format suits families with busy travel schedules or those living far from campus who prefer not to commit to full boarding, creating an optimal balance between school life and home time.

Fees and Financial Terms

Termly fees at Saint Felix School range from £3,573 for nursery students to £13,165 for senior boarders (2025 rates). This covers meals but excludes personal expenses, photographs, exam fees, and certain clubs led by external instructors. Multi-child families receive discounts: 10% for the eldest with two enrolled, while three or more children secure 10% for the eldest and 5% for others. Registration deposits vary by citizenship—£500 for UK residents, £1,500 for EU citizens, and £2,500 for international applicants—and are refunded upon graduation, minus any outstanding balances.
