Extracurricular Life at Yago School
The “Schools of Knowledge” system organizes activities across athletic, artistic, and musical domains for all ages. Yago Sports Academy encompasses more than 15 disciplines—football, basketball, volleyball, swimming, karate, rhythmic gymnastics, and others—with teams competing in tournaments. Music instruction prepares students for ABRSM examinations on various instruments, beginning with an orchestra for 4-5 year olds and progressing to The Yago Band, where older students perform concerts using a professional recording studio. Dance programmes, a theatre workshop, and a STEAM projects club featuring VR technology, 3D printing, and drones round out the offerings.
Boarding
An international residence accommodates up to 56 students aged 14-18, built to European standards with round-the-clock qualified staff creating a secure home environment. Rooms house a maximum of four students and come fully furnished with private bathrooms, while facilities include a gymnasium, jacuzzi, climate-controlled pool, and medical office. The boarding programme provides comprehensive services: housekeeping, laundry, Wi-Fi, nutritious meals, and weekend cultural activities that help residents settle into their temporary home.
