Language requirements are not an obstacle here. Even students with little or no knowledge of English or Spanish can apply. The admissions committee reviews each application individually, assessing each student’s potential. At this stage, an individual work plan is drawn up, offering recommendations on how to improve language skills before the start of the academic year.
For admission to the MYP (Middle Years Programme) a good level of English and Spanish is preferred, for admission to the DP (Diploma Programme) a B2 level of English is required and no formal language qualification is required.
For those residing in Spain, the residency readily accepts applicants from MYP 1 onwards as weekly boarders, allowing them to live from Monday to Friday. As for international students, they can apply to live in the residence from MYP 3 onwards on a full board basis, including weekends.
It is important to note that while the Admissions Office provides families with valuable counseling, parents of non-EU children residing at the school are responsible for obtaining the necessary immigration and residency documents. These essential documents, such as power of attorney and identification, must be provided to the Admissions Office prior to the child’s admission to the boarding school.
