After completing the initial certificate, learners choose among three diploma tracks—Hospitality, Business, or Culinary Management—while advancing through Diploma and Higher Diploma qualifications. Entry requires a GCSE equivalent and IELTS 4.5, making this a standard route for the hospitality school. The trajectory also integrates paid internships: during their second and third years, participants spend 22 weeks with Swiss or international companies, blending work experience with specialized coursework.
